Cancellation & No-Show Policy
At Infinity Beauty Laguna, we strive to provide exceptional service and ensure that every guest enjoys a seamless and relaxing experience. As our appointment slots are reserved exclusively for you, we kindly ask for your cooperation with the following policy:
Booking & Confirmation:
To secure your appointment, we may request credit card details or a small deposit at the time of booking.
Your card will only be charged in the event of a late cancellation or no-show.
Cancellations:
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 3 hours in advance.
This allows us to offer the time to another guest on our waiting list.
Late Cancellations & No-Shows:
Appointments cancelled less than 3 hours before the scheduled time or guests who do not arrive for their appointment will incur a 500 THB no-show fee.
This policy supports our team members and ensures fair availability for all guests.
Arrival Time:
We kindly recommend arriving 10 minutes before your appointment to enjoy a relaxed check-in experience.
Guests arriving more than 10 minutes late may need to shorten their service or reschedule, depending on availability.
