At Infinity Beauty Laguna, we strive to provide exceptional service and ensure that every guest enjoys a seamless and relaxing experience. As our appointment slots are reserved exclusively for you, we kindly ask for your cooperation with the following policy:
Booking & Confirmation:
To secure your appointment, we may request credit card details or a small deposit at the time of booking.
Your card will only be charged in the event of a late cancellation or no-show.
Cancellations:
หากคุณต้องการยกเลิกหรือเลื่อนเวลานัดหมาย กรุณาแจ้งให้เราทราบล่วงหน้าอย่างน้อย 3 ชั่วโมง
เพื่อให้เราสามารถจัดสรรเวลานั้นให้กับลูกค้าท่านอื่นที่อยู่ในรายชื่อรอคิวได้
Late Cancellations & No-Shows:
Appointments cancelled less than 3 hours before the scheduled time or guests who do not arrive for their appointment will incur a 500 THB no-show fee.

Arrival Time:

Guests arriving more than 10 minutes late may need to shorten their service or reschedule, depending on availability.
